2. Orders & Payments

• All confirmed and paid orders are final.
• Accepted payment methods: GCash, BDO, BPI, and others listed at checkout.
• Unpaid orders will be canceled after 48 hours.

3. Shipping

Shipping timelines are estimates only and may vary based on location and courier performance. Soaphrodite PH is not liable for courier-related delays, losses, or damages once an item is shipped.

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, please contact us within 3 days of receipt if you receive a damaged or incorrect item. See our Return & Refund Policy for more info.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, photos, branding, and product formulas on this website belong to Soaphrodite PH. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
